Job Description

As Implementation Manager at Papaya, you will manage the initial and ongoing onboarding experience for new partners. Onboard new partners into Papaya's internal systems. Creatively identify customer problems and provide resolutions for roadblocks. Coordinate with third-party vendors to facilitate changes on behalf of our partners. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely project completion. Educate new partners with training and support during the implementation phase.
