Production Shift Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the production and quality of our delicious pizzas, while managing and motivating a team of dedicated employees. - Oversee the production and quality of Papa John's Pizza products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Manage and motivate a team of production employees to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and support for current team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from all team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of orders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
- Address and resolve any production or employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain open and effective communication with management, employees, and customers.
- Represent Papa John's Pizza in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Experience In Food Industry: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In The Food Industry, Preferably In A Pizza Production Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Food Safety Protocols, Production Processes, And Quality Control Measures.
Leadership Skills: As A Shift Supervisor, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Instructions, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.
Organizational Skills: A Production Shift Supervisor Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks At Once. They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Production Schedules, Inventory Management, And Ensuring All Production Targets Are Met Within The Given Time Frame.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations: Papa John's Pizza Puts A Strong Emphasis On Safety In The Workplace. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Regulations And Be Able To Enforce Them To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For All Employees.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Key To The Success Of Any Production Team. The Shift Supervisor Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Both Their Team Members And Upper Management. This Includes Providing Regular Updates On Production Progress, Addressing Any Issues Or Concerns, And Providing Feedback To Improve Processes.
