  1. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks for all restaurant equipment and facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.
  4. Respond promptly to urgent repair requests and address any issues efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order necessary parts and supplies.
  7. Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

  10. Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In General Maintenance: A Maintenance Technician At Papa John's Pizza Should Have Previous Experience In General Maintenance Tasks Such As Repairing Equipment, Fixing Plumbing Issues, And Performing Routine Maintenance On Building Facilities.

  • Knowledge Of Restaurant Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Equipment Used In A Restaurant Setting, Including Ovens, Fryers, Refrigeration Units, And Other Food Preparation Equipment.
