As an In-Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our customers' dining experience.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Prepare and assemble pizzas, sides, and drinks following Papa John's recipes and standards.
  4. Keep the store and workstations clean and organized at all times.
  5. Ensure all food items are stored and rotated properly.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  7. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  9. Promote and upsell Papa John's products and specials to customers.
  10. Attend training sessions and continuously develop product knowledge and skills.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  13. Adhere to Papa John's standards and policies at all times.
  14. Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for the brand.
  15. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Customer Service Or The Food Industry: A Candidate For An In-Store Team Member Job At Papa John's Pizza Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Food-Related Role. This Will Show That They Have The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

This Includes Being Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Working Well Under Pressure, And Maintaining A Sense Of Urgency In Completing Tasks.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Standing For Long Periods Of Time, As Well As Bending, Lifting, And Carrying Heavy Items Such As Pizza Boxes And Ingredients. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: In Addition To Taking Orders And Interacting With Customers, An In-Store Team Member Is Responsible For Preparing Pizzas And Other Menu Items.
