- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Papa John's recipes and standards
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding orders, promotions, and other relevant information
- Upsell and promote additional menu items to customers
- Adhere to Papa John's policies and procedures at all times
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
