Job Description

Are you passionate about pizza and providing exceptional customer service? If so, Papa John's Pizza is looking for you to join our team as an In-Store Team Member! As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience by preparing and serving delicious pizzas and other menu items.   • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Papa John's recipes and standards
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding orders, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Upsell and promote additional menu items to customers
  • Adhere to Papa John's policies and procedures at all times
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
