Previous Management Experience: A General Manager At Papa John's Pizza Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Food Or Hospitality Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Employees, Handle Customer Complaints, And Ensure Operational Efficiency.
