11. Continuously assess and improve distribution center processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to distribution center operations, including inventory, deliveries, and employee performance.
14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them in distribution center operations, as appropriate.
