  1. Safely operate a Class A CDL vehicle to transport Papa John's Pizza products to designated locations.
  2. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
  3. Load and unload pizzas and other products onto the delivery vehicle.
  4. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
  5. Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and store managers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering pizzas with a friendly and professional attitude.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, other drivers, and the general public.
  10. Keep up-to-date on all Papa John's Pizza products and promotions to accurately answer customer questions.
  11. Represent Papa John's Pizza in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and customer service.
  14. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
  15. Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality to ensure on-time deliveries.
  16. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.
  17. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
