1. Safely and efficiently operate a Class A CDL vehicle to deliver Papa John's pizzas to customers.
2. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving and delivering pizzas.
3. Plan and map out delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and handling any delivery issues or concerns.
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
7. Communicate effectively with store managers and team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
8. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and delivering pizzas.
9. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
10. Represent Papa John's in a professional and positive manner at all times.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
12. Assist with other duties in the store as needed, including preparing pizzas and taking orders.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers and team members.
14. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations related to driving and delivery of goods.
