1. Safely and efficiently operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle to transport pizzas and other food items to designated locations.
2. Follow all traffic laws and company policies and procedures to ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs and records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
4. Inspect and maintain the truck and trailer to ensure they are in good working condition and report any necessary repairs or maintenance.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any customer concerns or issues, and representing the company in a positive light.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
7. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain the quality and freshness of the products being delivered.
8. Communicate effectively with the management team to provide updates on delivery status and report any delivery-related issues or concerns.
9. Adhere to all DOT regulations and maintain a valid Class A CDL license, medical card, and any other necessary certifications.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and assisting co-workers when needed.
