We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service and quality products. As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from managing daily operations to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for the food industry, we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.   1. Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant.
  2. Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  4. Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates and address any concerns.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment to ensure a positive dining experience for customers.
  9. Assist with scheduling and payroll tasks.
  10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  11. Act as a role model for employees by demonstrating excellent customer service and work ethic.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  13. Assist with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  14. Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Candidate For The Assistant General Manager Position At Papa John's Pizza Should Have Previous Experience Working In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge Of The Industry And Their Ability To Handle The Fast-Paced Environment Of A Pizza Restaurant.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Assistant General Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Employees And Ensuring That Operations Run Smoothly. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Papa John's Pizza Brand And Products: It Is Important That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Papa John's Brand And Its Products. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Guide Employees In Delivering High-Quality Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Assistant General Manager Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, As Well As Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Positive Experience For Both Customers And Employees.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Papa John's Pizza Is Known For Its Quick Service And Fast-Paced Environment. The Assistant General Manager Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once And Work Well Under Pressure To Ensure That The Restaurant Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
