- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to customer service, food quality, and staff management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
- Help to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management.

Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant General Manager Must Have Experience In Managing And Supervising A Team Of Employees, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks And Motivate Staff To Achieve Goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Job Requires Effective Communication With Team Members, Superiors, And Customers. The Assistant General Manager Must Be Able To Clearly Convey Expectations And Address Any Issues That May Arise.
Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations: A Thorough Understanding Of Restaurant Operations, Including Inventory Management, Food Safety Standards, And Customer Service Protocols, Is Essential For This Role.
