  • Oversee daily operations of the Papa John's Pizza location, including managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Assist the General Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals through effective cost management and marketing strategies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and increasing sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvements and changes to the menu or operations as needed
  • Act as a role model for employees by demonstrating strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
