Manage multiple, concurrent QA aspects of new package commercialization, delivering on critical-path timing and key project milestones Author, edit and maintain packaging specifications for all packaging items in Panera’s portfolio. Design and execute quality testing processes with packaging suppliers and with cross-functional teams – for both new and existing packaging items. Monitor ongoing specification conformance for all packaging; design and implement CAPA programs to address supplier issues where appropriate. Investigate quality related issues reported by internal and external customers, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Design lab testing programs for packaging qualifications and interpret performance data against pass/fail criteria
