
Manager, Learning & Change
Act as the change management consultant on projects that impact cafe operations and the broader organization. Solve problems and develop solutions by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Deployment & Program Management and Brand Culture & Communication, in particular. Collaborate with other members of L&D to produce supporting assets and define how projects and initiatives will be realized after implementation. Design, create and iterate training resources, for a variety of audiences, as the project moves through the development phases. Oversee the testing and validation of training approaches with focus on evaluation and measurement methods Manage timeline of L&D deliverables proactively. Accurately project one time and ongoing training costs for each project. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by managing personal expenses within budget.
Experienced in developing change management plans, including training programs and materials that enable operational changes
5+ years working in the restaurant/retail industry or similar experience
Able to work autonomously and manage to a deadline with appropriate urgency
