
Analyst, Field Technology Advocate
The Field Technology Advocate (FTA) is the primary liaison for Franchise above-cafe users and the Panera LLC IT Department. Build relationships effectively and efficiently with Customers, Vendors, and Suppliers. Partner with Franchise Field Support, Development, and Operations, as well as other groups within Panera LLC. to improve processes and drive overall company initiatives. Be a subject matter expert on appropriate IT projects and initiatives to provide strategic support and share learnings to Franchise above-cafe users Communicate critical IT information directly with the field regarding departmental initiatives and rollouts.
2+ years of experience in IT, customer service, or project management related field.
Willingness and ability to travel – minimum of 30%
After hours and weekend support as required.
