Job Description

We’re looking for a Scientist - Search at Pandora who is passionate about leveraging their expertise and experience to help bring music to life for millions of listeners. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented individual who loves to work in a highly collaborative environment and is excited about the prospect of making a lasting impact on the music industry. To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in search engineering, data engineering, or related fields. Additionally, you should possess the ability to design and develop search solutions, evaluate and optimize algorithms, and create technical solutions to improve the search experience.
