
Technical Support Representative
The Technical Support Representative responds to and diagnoses problems via various contact types, such as phone, email, chat, and in-person, ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. This position recognizes and researches problems, while solving basic issues and escalating more complex issues for satisfactory resolution. Manages all incidents and requests effectively, ensuring information is accurately captured for future reference and analysis, in line with ITIL principles. Follows up with customers to ensure problems are resolved successfully and on a timely basis per documented SOPs. Escalates and prioritizes higher level issues to the appropriate assignment groups.
One to two years of relevant experience preferred
Typing speed: 40+ WPM – 100% accuracy
Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree
