
Technical Services Lead - Cortex (XDR and XSIAM)

We are currently seeking a Technical Services Lead to join our Cortex team, specializing in XDR (Extended Detection and Response) and XSIAM (Extended Security Information and Event Management). As a Technical Services Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing technical leadership and expertise in implementing and supporting our Cortex products. - Lead the technical services team responsible for implementing and supporting our Cortex products, specifically XDR and XSIAM.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring a high level of expertise and knowledge in our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure successful delivery of our services to customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct technical assessments and develop customized solutions for customers based on their unique needs and environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing in-depth knowledge of our products and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our products and services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including training materials and user guides, to support our customers and internal teams.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our customers effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and networking with potential customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and ethical standards, to ensure the protection of our customers' digital assets.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Cortex Xdr And Xsoar Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects And Functions Of The Cortex Xdr And Xsoar Platforms. They Should Be Able To Effectively Navigate And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
Strong Background In Cybersecurity And Threat Detection: The Technical Services Lead Should Have A Background In Cybersecurity, With A Deep Understanding Of Threat Detection Techniques And Strategies. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Threats And Develop Effective Solutions For Their Clients.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Position, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team. They Should Be Able To Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Experience In Managing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Security Solutions: The Technical Services Lead Should Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Security Solutions For Large Organizations. This Includes Knowledge Of Security Best Practices, Compliance Requirements, And The Ability To Customize Solutions To Fit The Unique Needs Of Each Client.
Certifications And Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Nist, Pci, And Hipaa. Additional Qualifications In Cloud Security, Network Security, Or Threat Intelligence Would Be A Plus.
