  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex technical projects.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and sales to ensure project goals are met.
  3. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  6. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Manage and track project budgets and resource allocation.
  8. Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project efficiency.
  9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams to ensure project success.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
  11. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and technology.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on project management processes and procedures.
  14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Technical Program Manager At Palo Alto Networks Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Complex Technical Projects From Initiation To Completion.
