- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell Palo Alto Networks' cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and partners on the features, benefits, and implementation of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their technical capabilities.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners.
- Continuously improve and enhance technical knowledge through training and self-study to stay current with new technologies and product updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical content and collateral for sales enablement.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Systems Engineering Or Technical Sales Role.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, And Vpn Technologies.
Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products And Solutions, And Relevant Industry Certifications (E.g. Pcnse, Ccna, Cissp) Are Highly Desired.
