Job Description

At Palo Alto Networks, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Strategic Renewals Representative to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and service and is eager to develop and grow with us.As a Strategic Renewals Representative, you will be responsible for driving renewals of existing Palo Alto Networks customer accounts. You will be responsible for managing the renewal process from start to finish, including outreach to customers, qualification of renewal opportunities, and closing deals.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and customer service experience, along with strong communication and problem solving skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the renewal process from start to finish for existing Palo Alto Networks customer accounts.
  2. Qualify renewal opportunities and close deals.
  3. Maintain regular contact with customers, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues.
  4. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and monitor renewals.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and repeat business.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for additional product or service sales.
  7. Leverage customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer needs.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on renewal progress.
