  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive growth and success for our customers.
  2. Understand client needs and challenges in the cybersecurity industry and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  4. Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  8. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and events to promote our products and services to key clients.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  13. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  14. Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Solutions And The Ability To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of An Organization.
