- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and events to promote our products and services to key clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Solutions And The Ability To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Clients.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of An Organization.
