  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  3. Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and align our solutions to meet their goals.
  4. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account value.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our solutions and stay ahead of competitors.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews and provide accurate and timely reports on account performance.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure client retention.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from clients and use it to improve our products and services.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new and upcoming releases.
  12. Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our solutions.
  13. Manage contract negotiations and renewals to ensure long-term partnerships with clients.
  14. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic decisions.
  15. Mentor and guide junior account managers to help them achieve their goals and grow professionally.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Success In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry, With Experience Managing Large And Complex Accounts.
