- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with Palo Alto Networks.
- Research and identify potential new clients and develop strategic plans to target and secure their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their cybersecurity requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance on the latest cybersecurity trends and products.
- Monitor and track client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and sales plans to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competition, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and client relationships.
- Travel to client sites as needed to build and maintain relationships and provide support.
- Continuously improve and refine account management processes to ensure efficient and effective client management.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Palo Alto Networks' products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Key Accounts And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Solutions And Industry Trends.
