- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems for Palo Alto Networks, utilizing cutting-edge technology and systems.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to identify and solve complex problems related to Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and actively seek out opportunities to incorporate them into our IT systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective management.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Monitor and manage system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IT systems to enhance overall performance and security.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance and security of IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, recommendations, and resolutions for IT systems.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Windows Server Administration, Specifically In Active Directory (Ad) And Domain Name System (Dns) Management.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dhcp, And Dns.
Demonstrated Experience In Implementing And Maintaining High Availability And Disaster Recovery Solutions For Windows Server Environments.
Proficiency In Scripting Languages Such As Powershell To Automate Routine Tasks And Improve System Efficiency.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Ad/Dns.
