Staff Engineer (Cloud Native firewall)

Part of a team chartered to transform Palo Alto Networks’ software firewall platform to be more cloud native and elastic. Design, develop and implement highly scalable software features and infrastructure on our next-generation security platform. Profile, optimize and tune systems software (management/control/dataplane) for efficient cloud operation. Work with different development and quality assurances groups to achieve the best quality. Work with DevOps and the Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues. Work with other software development teams to apply PanOS features on Prisma Access.
