  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to virtual machines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in virtualization technology and security solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agency clients.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for virtualization technology within the company.
  7. Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues to prevent customer impact.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple technical support cases simultaneously.
  10. Continuously improve technical support processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in training and knowledge sharing activities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction.
  13. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  14. Generate reports and analytics on technical support activities.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols.
  16. Act as a mentor and coach for junior technical support engineers.
  17. Continuously develop and enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Government Or Enterprise Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Virtualization Technologies, Specifically Vmware.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products.

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Us Government Security Clearance.
