  1. Provide expert technical support for the Prisma SD-WAN product to clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues for clients.
  3. Work with cutting-edge technology to develop solutions for network challenges.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Prisma SD-WAN product and its capabilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the product and its features, updates, and releases.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues for clients.
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  9. Act as a mentor and resource for junior technical support engineers.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity and network technology.
  11. Continuously learn and improve technical skills through training and self-study.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple client cases and provide timely updates and resolutions.
  13. Communicate technical information and solutions effectively to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and technical resolutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Networking And Security Technologies - The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Various Networking And Security Technologies, Including Sd-Wan, Firewalls, Routing Protocols, And Vpn.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills - As A Senior Technical Support Engineer, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Timely Resolutions To Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Palo Alto Networks Products And Solutions - The Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Palo Alto Networks Products, Specifically Prisma Sd-Wan, And Be Able To Effectively Support And Troubleshoot Them For Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills - The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Customers In A Clear And Concise Manner. Strong Customer Service Skills Are Also Essential In Providing A Positive Customer Experience.
