  1. Provide advanced technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with a team of technical support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  3. Utilize your expert knowledge of our products and services to provide guidance and recommendations to customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical support processes and procedures.
  5. Act as a point of escalation for more complex technical issues, working closely with other teams and departments to find solutions.
  6. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, gathering necessary information to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  7. Document all technical support interactions and solutions in our internal systems.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on customer experiences and technical support interactions.
  10. Act as a mentor and resource for junior technical support engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help develop their skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Network Security: A Sr. Technical Support Engineer, Focused Services Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Network Security Concepts, Protocols, And Technologies, Including Firewalls, Vpns, Intrusion Prevention, And Threat Detection.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues With Palo Alto Networks Products. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Network And System Troubleshooting Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Senior Technical Support Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers, Providing Technical Guidance, And Presenting Solutions. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products: Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Palo Alto Networks Products And Their Capabilities. This Includes Experience With Firewall, Panorama, Globalprotect, And Other Products In The Palo Alto Networks Portfolio.

  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A Sr. Technical Support Engineer, Focused Services Must Have A Customer-Focused Mindset And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure, Manage Customer Expectations, And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
