  1. Conduct in-depth research on web security threats and trends to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of web security and proactively propose innovative solutions to mitigate emerging threats.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for protecting customers from cyber attacks.
  4. Lead research projects to identify and analyze new and existing web security threats, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Act as the subject matter expert on web security within the company and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  6. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to enhance web security measures.
  7. Analyze web security data and provide insights to improve the overall security posture of the company.
  8. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on the latest web security trends and represent the company as a thought leader in the field.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and researchers to share knowledge and expertise in web security.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on web security best practices and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Web Security Principles And Best Practices: The Sr. Staff Researcher (Web Security) Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Web Security Concepts Such As Encryption, Authentication, Access Control, And Vulnerability Management. They Should Also Stay Updated On The Latest Industry Trends And Advancements In Web Security.

  • Extensive Experience With Web Security Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With A Variety Of Web Security Tools Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Vulnerability Scanners, And Web Application Firewalls. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Web Protocols Such As Http, Https, And Ssl.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages: A Sr. Staff Researcher (Web Security) Should Have A Strong Background In Programming And Scripting Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript. They Should Be Able To Write Custom Scripts To Automate Tasks And Develop Tools For Web Security Analysis.

  • Strong Research And Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Conduct In-Depth Research And Analysis Of Web Security Threats And Vulnerabilities. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends, Extract Insights, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Improving Web Security.
