  1. Install, configure, and maintain network security solutions for clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network security.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and design customized solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
  5. Provide technical training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our security solutions.
  6. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new security features and updates.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on network security for both internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical security incidents.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  11. Document and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of our clients.
  13. Mentor and train junior IT engineers on network security best practices.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Sr It Field Engineer At Palo Alto Networks Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Security Protocols, Operating Systems, And Cloud Computing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Planning And Implementation To Troubleshooting And Resolution. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Sr It Field Engineer Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively, And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Potential Issues Before They Arise.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The It Team, A Sr It Field Engineer Will Often Need To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential, Along With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Team Members.

  • Relevant Certifications: Palo Alto Networks May Require Candidates To Hold Specific Certifications, Such As The Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (Pcnse) Or Certified Network Security Administrator (Pcnsa). These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Proficiency In The Company's Products And Technologies.
