  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the healthcare industry and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution recommendations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their business objectives and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive sales in the healthcare sector.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure that solutions meet client needs and align with company goals.
  7. Stay updated on the latest product developments and enhancements, and effectively communicate them to clients.
  8. Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare clients to educate them on the features and benefits of our solutions.
  9. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors' offerings and market trends, and use this knowledge to differentiate our solutions and services.
  11. Continuously improve and develop sales strategies and processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the pre-sales function.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and build brand awareness in the healthcare sector.
