- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' cybersecurity needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
- Educate and advise clients on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of our solutions.
- Create and deliver technical training and materials for sales team and clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and providing technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product development team to provide feedback from clients and identify areas for product improvement.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of Palo Alto Networks' solutions and services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on cybersecurity trends and network with potential clients.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site technical support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
