  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions, and how they can be applied to the unique challenges faced by state and local government, education, and healthcare organizations.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential SLED customers and assist in developing effective sales strategies.
  3. Serve as a technical expert and consultant for SLED customers, providing guidance and support in designing and implementing effective cybersecurity defenses.
  4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from SLED customers and help shape future product offerings.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the SLED market, and use this knowledge to provide strategic guidance to customers.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to SLED customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Palo Alto Networks products.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in SLED organizations, including IT and security teams, to understand their needs and challenges.
  9. Stay informed about compliance regulations and standards relevant to SLED organizations, and ensure that Palo Alto Networks solutions align with these requirements.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving or exceeding sales targets and helping to expand our presence in the SLED market.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Consulting Role, Preferably In The Public Sector Or Government Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Network Security And Related Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Endpoint Security.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Complex Sales Cycles And Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Deliver Solutions To Customers.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience. Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp, Ccie, Or Ccsp, Are A Plus.
