- Provide expert technical knowledge and guidance on Palo Alto Networks' cybersecurity solutions to clients in the New Jersey area.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Palo Alto Networks' solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges and offering tailored solutions to address their cybersecurity needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry in order to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for sales teams and clients on Palo Alto Networks' cybersecurity solutions.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client networks and provide recommendations for optimizing their security infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for any complex issues or challenges faced by clients.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Sales Or Consulting Roles, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Networking And Security Technologies, Including Firewalls, Vpns, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, And Cloud Security.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Presenting Complex Technical Solutions To Enterprise Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape And Ability To Articulate The Value Proposition Of Palo Alto Networks' Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Sales And Customer Success.
