- Collaborate with sales team to identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to develop customized solutions.
- Design and implement complex cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their feedback and address any concerns.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Train and mentor junior consultants on product knowledge and solution design.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with new technologies and solutions.
Proven Expertise In Cybersecurity: The Solutions Consultant 2 Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Demonstrate Palo Alto Networks' Solutions To Clients. This Includes Knowledge Of Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, And Threat Intelligence.
Sales And Consulting Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Consulting Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Be Able To Understand The Client's Business Needs And Develop Tailored Solutions To Address Their Specific Challenges.
Technical Proficiency: A Strong Technical Background Is Essential For This Role. The Solutions Consultant 2 Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Networking Technologies, As Well As Experience With Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, And Prevention Systems, And Other Security Solutions.
Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, As The Solutions Consultant 2 Will Be Responsible For Delivering Presentations And Product Demonstrations To Clients. They Must Be Able To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
