- Engage with major clients to understand their specific security needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client networks and data systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and implement customized solutions to address client's cybersecurity needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present and explain proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
- Provide training and support to clients on new security solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of implemented solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales team to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in product development and improvement discussions based on client feedback and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
- Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Consulting Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Networking And Security Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Endpoint Protection.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Driving Successful Sales Outcomes.
