We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Solutions Consultant 2 to join our Enterprise team in New York City. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and provide expert guidance in implementing our cutting-edge security solutions. As a Solutions Consultant 2, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving successful deployments and ensuring customer satisfaction.   1. Understand and analyze clients' business needs to determine the best cybersecurity solutions for their organization.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals to clients.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Palo Alto Networks' security solutions and provide guidance to clients on implementation and deployment.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
  5. Work closely with clients to identify potential roadblocks and provide solutions to ensure successful deployment.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom solutions for clients' unique business needs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to provide valuable insights to clients.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
  10. Advocate for clients' needs within the organization and provide feedback to improve our solutions and services.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Security Solutions: A Solutions Consultant 2 At Palo Alto Networks Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Network Security Solutions, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, And Virtual Private Networks.

  • Experience In Enterprise-Level It Environments: This Role Requires Experience Working With Large-Scale It Infrastructures, Including Complex Networks And Diverse Systems. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Solutions In Enterprise Environments.

  • Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: The Solutions Consultant 2 Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Networking And Security Technologies, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. Strong Analytical Skills Are Also Essential For Assessing Customer Needs And Recommending Appropriate Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Customers, The Solutions Consultant 2 Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. This Includes Delivering Engaging Presentations And Conducting Product Demonstrations.

  • Relevant Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Values Industry Certifications, And Candidates For This Role Should Possess Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp, Ccna, Or Pcnse. These Certifications Demonstrate A Commitment To Ongoing Learning And A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices.
