We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As the Service Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support, while managing and developing a team of service professionals to deliver world-class customer experiences.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, 2 years of experience in a leadership role, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. In addition, you must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to think strategically and act tactically. - Manage and develop a team of service professionals to deliver world-class customer experiences.
