  1. Provide specialized technical support to customers using Palo Alto Networks products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and services to provide effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  5. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Communicate technical information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior technical support engineers.
  9. Advocate for customers and provide feedback to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to cybersecurity.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address customer needs and opportunities.
  14. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  16. Continuously improve and innovate processes and procedures to enhance customer support experience.

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Senior Technical Support Engineer Should Possess Deep Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Areas Such As Networking, Security, And Cloud Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Palo Alto Networks' Products And Services.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role. A Senior Technical Support Engineer Should Be Able To Think Critically And Logically To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Technical Support Team, This Role Will Involve Communicating With Both Internal Teams And External Customers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers.

  • Project Management Experience: This Role May Involve Leading And Managing Complex Technical Projects, Such As Implementing New Solutions Or Upgrades For Customers. Therefore, Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities Is Essential.
