Extensive Knowledge Of Firewall Technologies: A Senior Technical Support Engineer At Palo Alto Networks Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Firewall Technologies, Including Next-Generation Firewalls, Threat Prevention, And Network Security Policies.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Diagnose Complex Network And Security Issues, Using Advanced Troubleshooting Techniques, And Providing Timely And Effective Resolutions.
