- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for SAP QTC processes.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for optimizing and enhancing the SAP platform to support global QTC operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate SAP QTC processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP QTC modules, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
- Lead and participate in project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP QTC processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to SAP QTC processes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of SAP QTC processes and solutions.
- Act as a strategic thinker, proactively identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to drive continuous process improvement.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that solutions meet the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in SAP QTC modules and proactively make recommendations for system enhancements.
Extensive Experience In Implementing And Configuring Sap Quote-To-Cash (Qtc) Modules, Including Sales And Distribution (Sd), Pricing, And Billing.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Qtc Processes And Systems, With A Proven Track Record Of Optimizing And Streamlining Business Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Integration Points Between Qtc And Other Sap Modules Such As Finance, Supply Chain Management, And Customer Relationship Management.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Work Collaboratively With Business Stakeholders, And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Including Agile And Waterfall, To Successfully Deliver Complex Sap Solutions On Time And Within Budget.
