- Develop and implement strategic sales operations plans for the strategic segment, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product, to drive revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain sales processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales training programs and initiatives for the strategic segment.
- Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and technologies to support the strategic segment's sales efforts.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and operations.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and other relevant information to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes to ensure streamlined and efficient operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales operations professionals to achieve success.
- Represent the company at events and conferences to promote the strategic segment and build brand awareness.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team In A Global Organization, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Strategic Sales Processes And Methodologies, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Sales Strategies That Align With Company Goals.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify Trends, Make Informed Decisions, And Drive Business Growth.
Demonstrated Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, Finance, And Operations, To Drive Alignment And Achieve Goals.
