- Lead and manage a team of Renewals Representatives in the EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase customer retention through product and service renewals.
- Monitor and analyze renewal metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful renewals, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform renewal strategies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
- Communicate with senior management on renewal performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote productivity and employee engagement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the renewal process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Manager, Renewals Representatives Emea And Latam Must Have A Strong Background In Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Revenue Targets.
Knowledge Of Emea And Latam Markets: In Order To Effectively Manage The Renewals Representatives In These Regions, A Senior Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities Present In The Emea And Latam Markets.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Developing A Team Of Renewals Representatives. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Customer Relationship Management: Renewals Representatives Are Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers. A Senior Manager Must Have Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills And Be Able To Ensure That Customer Needs Are Met And Expectations Are Exceeded.
