We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Internal Audit - Channel Sales to join our team and help us ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our channel sales processes. In this role, you will lead our internal audit function for channel sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and channel sales, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement internal audit plans for the channel sales function, in line with company policies and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage a team of internal auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
  3. Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of channel sales processes, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and data necessary for audits.
  5. Analyze audit findings and provide strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of channel sales processes.
  6. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to channel sales, and incorporate them into audit plans.
  8. Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on the status of audits.
  9. Identify and report any potential fraudulent activities or non-compliance issues to management.
  10. Train and mentor team members on audit processes and procedures, as well as provide ongoing support and guidance.
  11. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.
  12. Proactively identify areas for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within the channel sales function.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to channel sales, as assigned by senior management.
  14. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Internal Audit: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Internal Audit Methodologies, Risk Assessment, And Control Evaluation.

  • Channel Sales Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Channel Sales Processes And Best Practices Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Audits In Channel Sales And Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities For Improvement In This Area.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Auditors And Managing The Internal Audit Function For Channel Sales. They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, And Effectively Communicate Audit Findings To Senior Management.

  • Audit Certification: A Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa), Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates A Level Of Expertise And Commitment To The Internal Audit Profession.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills, Be Detail-Oriented, And Have The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Complex Problems. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Audit Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
