Senior HRIS Analyst- Workday Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HRIS Analyst- Workday Lead at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise of our HR systems, specifically Workday, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. 1. Provide technical and functional expertise of HR systems, specifically Workday, to support the Human Resources team.
2. Translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
3. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
4. Develop and maintain an inventory of HR system processes and configurations.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR system changes and upgrades.
6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
7. Act as a key point of contact for HR system inquiries.
8. Support the development and delivery of system training to end users.
9. Develop detailed reports and analytics to support the business.
10. Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
