In this role, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and supporting our sales teams in North America.   1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the sales teams in North America.
  2. Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the NAM Sales Finance team.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and track sales forecasts and budgets.
  5. Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  6. Evaluate and approve pricing and discount proposals to ensure profitability.
  7. Provide financial guidance and support to sales teams, including deal structuring and analysis.
  8. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the NAM Sales Finance team.
  9. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  11. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial success.
  13. Stay updated on industry and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  14. Represent the NAM Sales Finance team in meetings and presentations with key stakeholders.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Sales Finance Role. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Forecasting, Budgeting, And Financial Modeling.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales And Revenue Management: The Senior Finance Manager Will Be Responsible For Supporting The North America Sales Team, So It Is Essential That They Have A Deep Understanding Of Sales And Revenue Management Processes And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Strategies To Optimize Sales Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Data To Senior Leadership. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have Previous Experience Managing And Developing A Team, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Finance Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth: The Senior Finance Manager Will Play A Crucial Role In Driving Business Growth By Providing Financial Insights And Recommendations To The Sales Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Financial Strategies That Have Led To Increased Revenue And Profitability.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Accounting And Financial Regulations: As A Senior Member Of The Finance Team, The Senior Finance Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Regulations. They Should Be Able To Ensure Compliance With Relevant Laws And Regulations And Provide Guidance On Any Changes That May Impact The Business. A Cpa Or Cfa Certification Is Preferred For This Role.
