  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the technical support team to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical support experts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive a high-performing and cohesive team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  4. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical support team, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation within the technical support function.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the main point of contact for escalated technical issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Oversee the implementation and optimization of support processes and tools, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks' products and solutions, providing technical expertise to support customer inquiries and escalations.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the technical support team, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and manage the technical support budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while delivering high-quality support services.
  11. Represent Palo Alto Networks as a thought leader and expert in the cybersecurity industry, participating in industry events and conferences.
  12. Adhere to and promote Palo Alto Networks' values and code of ethics, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
