  1. Develop and execute global campaign strategy to drive demand and generate revenue for our cybersecurity solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful implementation of campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and creative teams, to develop impactful and effective campaigns.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize results.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  6. Create and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
  7. Identify new and innovative ways to engage with target audiences and drive demand.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to align campaign strategies and goals.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the B2B technology industry, including competitive landscape and customer needs.
  10. Communicate campaign plans, results, and impact to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to drive their professional development.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign execution and improve efficiency.
  13. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the company's brand and mission.
  14. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of campaigns across regions.
  15. Continuously track and report on campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Leadership Role Within A Global Marketing Or Demand Generation Team, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Integrated Global Marketing Campaigns That Drive Demand And Generate Revenue.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Marketing Professionals, With A Focus On Fostering A Collaborative And Results-Driven Culture.

  • Strong Understanding Of The B2B Buying Process And Expertise In Developing Targeted Messaging And Content That Resonates With Key Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
